Participation in Money Smart Week allows NAPFA members to have a significant impact on consumers in their community with a limited time commitment. Money Smart Week is an annual effort led by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. During this week in April, financial experts, non-profits, government entities, and others come together to stress the importance of financial literacy and provide free educational seminars across the country. Programming is offered to people of all income levels and covers all facets of personal finance from establishing a budget to first-time home buying to estate planning.
