Brandon Kawal:
Leads client M&A and management consulting engagements, thought leadership, and research at Advisor Growth Strategies.
He specializes in guiding advisory businesses through pivotal strategic decisions, whether navigating internal succession or exploring M&A opportunities in the external market.
A recognized voice in the industry, Brandon regularly writes about pressing issues such as RIA M&A trends and the evolving next-generation talent landscape. He authors and directs AGS’s annual M&A study, The RIA Deal Room, which earned Industry Research Initiative of the Year at the 2021 Wealth Management Industry Awards. His perspectives are frequently featured in leading outlets including WealthManagement, Barron’s, Citywire, ThinkAdvisor, and AdvisorHub. Jennifer Goldman:
Has over 30 years of experience working with service firms to bring them into operational efficiency. She's spoken several times at NAPFA conferences and works with many financial advisors, specifically NAPFA advisors. Her education includes business finance and MBA classes through Boston College, Boston University's CFP(R) Program, and Northeastern University's Enrolled Agent program.
