Presentation Information:

This session will cover a repeatable process planners can follow when guiding couples through the important topics to consider when merging finances. We will cover approaches to splitting expenses and merging cash flow and how to present the approaches to clients. We'll review specific case studies to demonstrate how this works even with seemingly "complex" relationships like couples who are blending families or at very different career stages. We'll also go over some important considerations with regard to property law for both unmarried and married couples (i.e. cohabitation agreements and prenups).

Presenter Information: 
Kaylin Dillon is a financial planner with expertise in prenuptial agreements. Kaylin is an advocate for making money matters transparent and accessible.
