Program Summary:
This course provides an overview of life settlements, including what they are and the role they can play in the broader financial landscape. We’ll explore where returns come from, the key risks involved, and the most important questions to ask any life settlement manager. The discussion will also cover how life settlements may fit within high-net-worth portfolios, along with structure and liquidity considerations. Finally, we’ll touch on why this strategy is especially timely today and how it can serve as a thoughtful, long-term allocation.
