Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2026. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 1, 2026. Submit all requests to the NAPFA Conference Team. NAPFA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) Continuing Education (CE)

NAPFA is an approved IAR CE course provider and, based on acceptance, will offer 9 IAR CE credits - 5 CEs in Ethics & Professional Responsibility and 4 CEs in Products & Practice to those who purchase the $35 IAR CE Add-On Package. Six courses for 6 IAR CE (3 in E&PR and 3 in P&P) will also be made available to purchasers in self-study format in NAPFA’s Learning Center after the conference (excluding the 2-CE CFP Ethics course and “Student Loan Planning Reloaded”).
